I help executive teams in values-led food and drink companies make critical decisions in one meeting instead of three.

Without weeks of expensive consultancy.

Caroline Hart
The same conversations keep happening.
Decisions take longer than they should.
Some voices dominate while others stay quiet.
Different perspectives are being mistaken for resistance.
You leave meetings with different understandings of what was actually agreed.
You spend more time revisiting decisions than implementing them.
Different opinions are being viewed as difficult.

I use facilitation, coaching and psychometric insight to help leadership teams understand what is really happening between them , then turn that insight into better conversations, better decisions and practical change.

One-to-one

Executive Coaching

For founders, senior leaders and executives who want space to think clearly, navigate complexity and lead themselves and others with greater confidence.

Today, I focus on supporting values-led food and drink businesses because I believe the sector has a unique opportunity to improve health, wellbeing and sustainability while building commercially successful organisations.

My connection to the sector is personal. I've experienced the impact that thoughtful food choices can have on health and wellbeing, and I care deeply about supporting the businesses that are helping people live healthier lives.

And .

Growth, purpose and commercial reality don't always pull in the same direction. Leadership teams need to make difficult decisions without losing what matters.

  • Balancing commercial pressures with purpose
  • Navigating growth and change
  • Keeping leadership teams aligned
  • Making complex decisions without endless debate

For more than 13 years, I've worked with leaders, teams and professionals to develop self-awareness, strengthen relationships and make better decisions.

My work combines executive coaching, facilitation and psychometric insight to help leadership teams have the conversations that matter most.

I've held leadership roles across the private, charity and education sectors and now work in executive education within the University of Lancashire Business School, designing and delivering leadership and coaching programmes for senior leaders nationally and internationally.

I use psychometric insight, including Myers-Briggs, as a starting point , not an endpoint. It gives teams a practical language for understanding how they naturally think, communicate and make decisions, so they can use their differences rather than get stuck in them.

The aim isn't to make everyone think the same. It's to help a team make better use of the way each person thinks differently.
